Scott Otten (born 19 July 1994) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Ospreys regional team as a hooker. He is a Wales under-20 international.

Otten made his debut for the Ospreys regional team in 2013 having previously played for the Ospreys academy, Aberavon RFC, Neath RFC, Swansea RFC and Waunarlwydd RFC.
