Selaginella plana, commonly known as the Asian spikemoss,^[1] is a lycophyte native to Tropical Asia particularly in India, Indochina, and Indonesia. Native population is also present in Tanzania.^[2] The species was also introduced in Puerto Rico and Cuba.^[3]^[4]
