Serrapio is one of 18 parishes (administrative divisions) in Aller, a municipality within the province and autonomous community of Asturias, in northern Spain.
The altitude is 380 m (1,250 ft) above sea level. It is 13.09 km2 (5.05 sq mi) in size with a population of 161 (INE 2011).
The villages include: La Barraca, El Molinón, La Polea, El Palacio, La Cruz, La Mesá, El Campu, El Castañíu, El Campillín, Fumiyía, El Fuiyu, La Casa Nueva o La Portilla la Vega, Robleo, La Escuela, La Ferrería and La Casina.
