Shapur (name)
Shāpūr (Template:Lang-fa, meaning son of the king) or Sapor is a Persian male given name. It is first attested in Middle Persian as Shāhpuhr (𐭱𐭧𐭯𐭥𐭧𐭥𐭩). The Armenian form is Շապուհ Šapuh.

Shapur can refer to one of four Sasanian kings:
