Shinohara Station (篠原駅, Shinohara-eki) is a railway station on the Biwako Line in Ōmihachiman, Shiga, Japan, operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West).

History
The station opened on April 20, 1921, replacing a signal yard that had been in operation since June 1, 1918.[1]
