Shubh Kaamna (Translation: "Good Wishes") is a 1983 comedy-drama Indian Hindi film directed by K. Vishwanath and produced by V. V. Sastry.[2] It starred Utpal Dutt, Rati Agnihotri, Asrani, Satyendra Kapoor, Sujit Kumar, Vinod Mehra, Om Prakash and Rakesh Roshan in lead roles. Music for the film was scored by Rahul Dev Burman.[3][4][5][6] The film was a remake of the Telugu film Subhalekha.
The film was released on Friday, 14 October 1983.[1] The raw Box office net collection of the film was Rs 1 crore and the adjusted net was about Rs 25.63 crore. Shubh Kaamna's Box Office gross exceeded Rs 2 crore and the adjusted gross was over Rs 51.27 crore.[1]
