"Shut Up and Dance" is a lead single by Canadian singer Victoria Duffield who was one of the finalists in season 3 of the music competition series The Next Star in 2010. The single was released in 2011 by Warner Music Canada and peaking at #12 in the Canadian Hot 100 and was certified platinum on February 2, 2012.[1]
Music video
The music video for "Shut Up and Dance" was released on September 14, 2011 through her YouTube account. The video debuted on the MuchMusic Countdown at #29 on October 13, 2011 and reached #1 on January 19, 2012 and fell off on February 23, 2012.
