Silviu Ploeșteanu (28 January 1913 – 13 April 1969) was a Romanian footballer and manager. He played for UD Reșița, U Cluj, Venus Bucureşti and UA Brașov.

He managed Steagul Roşu Braşov, Tractorul Brașov and Romania national football team.

At international level he played 11 matches and scored 1 goal for Romania.
