Sir Charles Turner, 1st Baronet (11 June 1666 – 24 November 1738) was a British politician. He was a Member of Parliament for King's Lynn, 1695–1738, and eventually became Father of the House. He married Mary, daughter of Robert Walpole.

He had a son, also Sir Charles Turner, 2nd bart.
