Sky Las Vegas is a 45-story luxury high-rise condominium tower situated on a 3-acre site on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. Sky Las Vegas is a $350 million mixed-use project consisting of 409 residential units and three levels of retail space consisting of approximately 36,000 m² (390,000 sq ft).

History

Construction began in the third quarter of 2005 and was completed in the first quarter of 2007. Sky Las Vegas reconsiders the very notion of what a residence can be by combining sophisticated, luxuriously appointed living environments with imaginative social and recreational spaces including a host of amenities for active lifestyles.
