"Solgi" or "Seleki" refers to a noble family living in Nahavand, a historical town in the west of Iran. Their rout goes back to the Seleucid Empire who ruled Iran for 220 years after the Alexander the great concurred the country.

Solgi Rural District (Persian: دهستان سلگي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Khezel District, Nahavand County, Hamadan Province, Iran. As of the 2006 census, its population was 13,923, with 3,393 families.[1] The rural district has 22 villages.
