South Devon College is a large sized further education college that provides a wide variety of courses on one of its 5 different campuses within Torbay and the surrounding area. The college is part of The University of Plymouth Colleges network.

In November 2008 South Devon College achieved an overall grade 1 - 'Outstanding' - in an inspection by OFSTED.[Ref 1]

Campuses

Vantage Point Campus

The Vantage Point Campus in Paignton, is the college's Main Campus.

The Vantage point campus includes a main, three-story building, separate buildings for automotive repair and construction, as well as a new £5 Million university campus used for Higher Education courses.

Newton Abbot Campus

The Newton Abbot Campus is situated above the Pearl House Building on Courtnay Street, Newton Abbot. This Campus is the college's Business Advantage centre, offering IT Provision and Business based courses.

Torquay Online Campus

The Torquay Online Campus is situated at Torquay Academy. This campus is used for Adult Learning courses throughout the evening.

Noss Marina Campus

Noss Marina Campus is a training ground for water and aquatic courses and subjects, as well as general teambuilding exercises.

E2E Campus

The E2E Campus is situated in Torre, Torquay. This campus is used primarily for students between 16 – 18 years old on the colleges Entry-2-Education courses.
