The South Tongu District is one of the twenty-five (25) districts in the Volta Region. South Tongu capital and administrative centre is Sogakope.[1]

Geography

There are many streams in the South Tongu district. The prominent ones are the Chinni and Todzi. The Volta River runs to the west of this district.[1]
