Southwest Arm is an area in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Southwest Arm is a land area in Newfoundland which consists of seven small communities; Long Beach, Hodge's Cove, Caplin Cove, Little Heart's Ease, Gooseberry Cove, Southport and Butter Cove.
