The spot-breasted scimitar babbler (Pomatorhinus mcclellandi) is a species of bird in the Timaliidae family.

It is found in Eastern Himalaya and western Myanmar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
