She is part of the Frieden-Bettel Government, a coalition between the Christian Social People's Party (CSV) and the Democratic Party (DP) and is named Minister for Digitization, and for Higher Education and Research[1]. Her nomination came as a surprise since she was only the 11th candidate on her party's list.[2]

As a general practitioner, she is president of the General Practitioners from 2019 to 2022.[4][2] She practised in Bonnevoie for 16 years.[2] She studied medicine in Strasbourg and Nancy in France.[2]
