St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, located in London, Ontario, Canada, is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of London, Ontario.

It was built in a French Gothic Revival style from 1880 to 1885, and raised to the status of a minor basilica in December, 1961. The current bishop of the Diocise of London is the Most Reverend Ronald P. Fabbro, CSB.
