Stara Zhadova (Ukrainian: Стара Жадова; Romanian: Jadova or Jadova Veche) is a commune (selsoviet) in Storozhynets Raion, Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine. It is composed of four villages: Dibrivka (Дібрівка; Dumbrava), Kosovanka (Косованка; Cosovanca), Nova Zhadova (Нова Жадова; Jadova Nouă) and Stara Zhadova.
