Stars and Bars is an American comedy film released in 1988, directed by Pat O'Connor and based on a book by William Boyd.[1] The film stars Daniel Day-Lewis as Henderson Dores.

Plot

A British art expert (Day-Lewis) travels across America in order to purchase a rare Renoir painting in the South but comes across some crazy characters in the process.
