Stefan Minkwitz (born 1 June 1968 in Magdeburg) is a former German former footballer[1] and later coach.

The midfield player appeared in 82 German top-flight matches in his career - 72 in the East German Oberliga and ten in the unified German Bundesliga.[2] Minkwitz won two caps for the East German national team in 1990.[3]
