Streets of Laredo is a 1995 Western directed by Joseph Sargent, starring James Garner, Sissy Spacek and Sam Shepard. The third installment in the Lonesome Dove saga features Capt. Woodrow F. Call (James Garner), now a smart bounty hunter, hired to track down and kill brilliant young Mexican bandit, Joey Garza (Alexis Cruz). This miniseries follows the original Lonesome Dove miniseries, and both are based on the characters created by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Larry McMurtry's 1993 novel Streets of Laredo.[1]
