Sujathapuram is a railway station on Mysore-Chamarajanagar branch line. The station is located in Mysore district, Karnataka state, India.

Location

Sujathapuram railway station is located near Nanjangud town in Mysore district.

History

The project cost 313 crore (US$39 million). The gauge conversion work of the 61 kilometres (38 mi) stretch was completed.[1] There are six trains running forward and backward in this route. Five of them are slow moving passenger trains.[2]

Services

The station serves only slow trains to Chamarajanagar town. There are trains at 5.20 am, 7.20 am, 9.15 am, 10.40 am, 12.40pm, 2.40pm and 6.40pm towards Chamarajanagar.
