Surfactant protein D, also known as SFTPD or SP-D, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the SFTPD gene.[5][6]

SFTPD is an innate immune system collectin.[7][8]

Interactions

Surfactant protein D has been shown to interact with DMBT1,[9][10] and hemagglutinin of influenza A virus.[11]
