COI

I made a few minor edits to the article (mostly formatting but also added official links for .wiki and the registry). See Top Level Design talk page for more info re: COI. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:14, 21 October 2014 (UTC)

Update: I have now made larger contributions to this article. I did not expand this article initially, but since the Top Level Design article is long enough, I moved some .wiki-related content from there to here. My goal is simply to reduce redundancy and to make sure both articles contain the appropriate amount of relevant information.
