I would expand upon the following sentence (It was also regarded as a departure from her past work.). How is the song a departure from her previous work? Who regards the work as a departure (i.e. music critics, fans, Inna, Play & Win)?
Great work with the infobox.

Background and composition

I would revise this part (, with them also receiving credits as featured artists) to (, and they also received credit as featured artists).
For this sentence (It was leaked before its release.), do you know the date in which the song was leaked?

Please expand on the following sentence (Neeti Sarkar, writing for The Hindu, praised "10 Minutes") to identify what was praised about the song.
Please include information about the song's appearance on the year-end chart in Romania (i.e. its placement at 42).
Otherwise, good work with this part.

Music video and promotion

For this part (and mainly continues with her dancing in a club and), I would remove "mainly" as it not necessary.

Release and radio history

Do you know the label that released the song for radio play in Romania (i.e. the second row in the chart)?

Regarding your questions: 1) the source on the song being leaked onto the Internet doesn't tell which date it was; 2) the label for the radio release isn't known, as the ref doesn't provide any further info.
