Date of election[edit]

Just noting here that the standard source (not listed on the page), Wilson's New Zealand Parliamentary Record, has got the election day wrong. Stephens was declared elected at the nomination meeting on Saturday, 17 June 1854. Wilson wrongly recorded 19 June 1854. Schwede 66 08:44, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
