What's this?

What sport is this 'article' meant to be about? The whole thing is an incomprehensible mess. It has no sense, no structure, no introduction, no idea or anything else for that matter. If it was on paper, it would have been pulped long ago. I suggest that unless there is a massive improvement (and soon), it is deleted.
