Date Conflict needs resolution
[edit]"Piazzi observed Ceres twenty-four times, the final sighting occurring on 11 February 1801, when illness interrupted his work. He announced his discovery on 24 January 1801 ..."
Difficult to imagine how he could announce his discovery before his first sighting.
