Niue vs PNG

[edit]

I flagged the Niue vs Papua New Guinea match that is listed as taking place on 22 April with 'citation needed' but that note was removed with no explanation. The match is not listed as having taken place on irb.com and neither team has seen their IRB World Rankings change this week, as they would have if they had taken part in a recognised Test match. As such I have decided to delete the match pending citation.

More generally, this whole page lacks citations for the matches that have happened, which is not ideal. - Conniption (talk) 11:49, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The same goes for the Burundi-Rwanda match listed for 10 May. - Conniption (talk) 13:25, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Italy - Pacific Islanders 22/11/2008

[edit]

Somebody from IP Address 203.97.240.127 decided that the game between Italy and Pacific Islanders doesn't deserve to stay in the November schedule and after remove it several times, only finally he/she decide to move it into a new section called "Other Test Match Results".

I disagree. The schedule section is about "International Results", and booth teams are International teams (doesn't matter that Pacific Islanders isn't a national team), so I think that the games into "Other Test Match Results" should be restore into the "International Results" section.

Moreover, I don't know if all this edits from 203.97.240.127 has been made from a single user, but in that case I'd like to suggest to register a username, so it will be easy for everybody to communicate. Thank You.

Pacific Islanders

[edit]

Giskard. I merely designed the international calender as a page for the publication of international results for national teams. The Pacific Islanders are an inviational team and I thought it best to separate their matches from the others. I apologise for any annoyance that I have caused.
