ENC Rugby bias?

[edit]

Recently, an edit has been made to include matches involving the 2010-12 season in the European Nations Cup as part of the 'end of year tests', which I believe should be deleted, as I have come to know this phrase to describe tours of the UK / Europe by teams from the Southern Hemisphere, and not just a list of any games to take place in November 2010. There is also the need for any ENC games to be deleted, due for these games being part of a competition, and not a tour of said country.

I propose the only 'new' edits to be kept are those involving the Tongans, United States, Georgians and the Spanish/Portugese matches in November. Can we also have confirmation these matches are taking place please? IanCleverly (talk) 21:38, 5 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think that making a comprehensive list is a sign of "bias". If there happen to be more ENC tests in a given period, then it is reality that is "biased", not the article. This article is not called "2010 end of year rugby tours by Tier 1 and Tier 2 nations". If it were, then clearly Australia vs. Munster would belong and a lower level ENC match would not. However, let's assume title of the article sets out the criteria for inclusion: 2010? end of year? rugby? test? I don't see how an ENC match fails to belong.76.172.104.41 (talk) 17:30, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Time zones

[edit]

I think that universally UTC+X may seem like correct but putting UTC+0 is rather silly as that's not used in the timezones in those countries. I'd propose that we change the time zone settings from UTC to whatever it is in that respective country. (ie. GMT, CET etc.) The C of E. God Save The Queen! Collapse boxes

[edit]

What's the thinking behind the collapsed boxes with the heading information for each game. It seems kind of strange to hide the time of day and referee in them, while at the same time not collapsing the long squad lists, or the assistant referees. /87.96.197.64 (talk) 10:52, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I added it because the article is very very long because of all the squad names..i hope try to fix the box so that it includes the squad lists as well...Template:Rugbybox collapsible...--Stemoc (talk) 19:31, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
