Per WP:N, we shouldn't have a standalone article on this competition which hasn't received any significant coverage in reliable independent sources. All sourcse come straight from the organisation of the event. For this reason, I believe that a redirect from this specific article to the more general article on the 2011 HK Games is the best solution, with a section there about the futsal competition.
