Group B

[edit]

So in Group B, top two teams each played 2 games so far, they both have 4 points, but the one with +3 GD is ranked behind the team with +1 GD. Can anyone help me understand this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:244:4E00:7CB8:8C10:634E:13B3:E9AB (talk) 09:19, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sure...just look at the tiebreaker list right above the groups... 1.Greater number of points earned in matches between the teams concerned; (they have only drawn with each other 1-1) 2.Greater goal difference in matches between the teams concerned; (again, only a 1-1 draw) 3.Greater number of goals scored away from home in matches between the teams concerned; (the away team from the 1st match wins the tiebreaker) Chris1834 Talk 11:10, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This reverting back and forth

[edit]

User:Bmf 051 and User:Walter Görlitz: I know I do not have administrative powers, but I suggest you two to stop reverting back and forth for now and go find some common ground. The next matches of this tournament are played a few months from now, so you two have plenty of time to do so. Chanheigeorge (talk) 05:06, 30 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I returned to ask at the RfC on the footy project and Bmf 051 took me to ANI. Walter Görlitz (talk) 05:08, 30 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
