Notability

Hi @Homedesigner2016: I would like to discuss the notability of this article. I don't want to take it to articles for deletion without giving you a chance to defend it here, but I do think that the contents of this article would be much better suited at 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualification under the Group H section.
