Between Partizan and Slavia Prague in 3rd qualifying round

[edit]

Should not the rebalance mean that Partizan goes to the 3rd qualifying round directly as Serbia ranked the first nation after the 10th nation (11th nation), not Slavia Prague as Czechia ranked 15th nation? What I understand is that after the rebalance, the league path team of Portugal is absent, and the slot should be filled from the next available nation, e.g. 11th place nation, Serbia? That makes Partizan qualifying directly from 3rd instead of Benfica, and then the 4 teams in 2nd qualifying are filled by the next nations after 11th, namely, 12th 13th 14th and 15th? Why would 15th place nation's league phase team leapfrog 11th place nation's league phase team? 84.202.84.76 (talk) 22:26, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This discussion was started at Talk:2024–25 UEFA Champions League last night. Might be worth waiting to see what comes of that. Hopefully, someone will have an explanation. Stevie fae Scotland (talk) 09:14, 27 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Stadia

[edit]

A couple of questions about stadia. First, when UEFA say "Stadionul Steaua, Bucharest" for FCSB's home match, do they mean Arena Națională or has the game been moved to Steaua Stadium (2021)?

Second, I can't imagine Pyunik's home match would need to change venues unless their was something happening at Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium but UEFA have it down as being at the Urartu Stadium. Anyone know why? Stevie fae Scotland (talk) 10:26, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
