The French Fleet led by Napoleon arrives at Alexandria. To avoid any disastrous consequenses, the family of Aly flee to Cairo, but, after having passed through the dessert, the Napoleon's army arrive to Cairo as well. Aly tries to take a part in the Egyptian's libiration movement against the French Army. By the same time he and his brother Yehia becomes the assistants to General and scientist Caffarelli. After Yehia dies by an accidence, the Aly's family return to Cairo. The French Army suffer a significant defeat and Aly comes to deadly wounded General Caffarelli to bid him farewell.
