I wanted to add the Corel logo (there were more of them over time), but we cannot add it to Wikipedia as an image:
Guidelines for Linking to www.corel.com
- You may link to, but not replicate, Corel content

- We can add logos, using the image tag {{Logo}}. It looks like this:
{{Non-free logo}}
Wrong Derek Burney
The link to the CEO Derek Burney, actually points to his father of the same name. The son (Derek) emerged as CEO while working at one time as product manager for paradox.

Fair use rationale for Image:Corel Logo 1990s.gif
Image:Corel Logo 1990s.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 21:29, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

How much information to offer ?
There are quite a few holes in the company history, from the evolution from Corel Systems to just Corel, how CorelDRAW started out as a add on for Ventura corp's Ventura publisher, the fact that CorelDRAW Graphics suite became the first graphics suite solution sold (part of the reason it did so well)..the list of products at the bottom is far from complete...but I don't know how much info is really applicable to this page (Wikirookie). I'm willing to fill in some gaps if it's appropriate.

Corel Bar Code Wizard
I cannot see any info about the Bar Code Wizard. No trace of it in current nor discontinued products, even though the Bar Code Wizard was released in CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3. Alkalu7y 14:56, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
Incorrect info about the logo
The balloon was the original CorelDRAW logo, the red and blue "Corel" logo with the 'daisy' C (7 squares) was the original Corel logo. —Preceding unsigned comment added by GrahamBrownOttawa (talk • contribs) 02:37, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Departure of Mike Cowpland
The article suggests Mr Cowpland left Corel in direct relation to his insider trading charges. Mr Cowpland left Corel in August 2000 long before the resolution of the insider trading charges in Feb 2002. [1] His departure was more likely linked to the failed Borland takeover and the pressing need for operational capital. As soon as Mr Cowpland stepped down a deal with Microsoft was announced which resulted in a $135 cash infusion [2] 198.103.249.251 (talk) 21:38, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
