Well done, but a few notes:

-The letter does not have to be at the start of a word. If there's a sign that says "Important Intersection Ahead", you may take the letter P from "important", for example. -Many people do use letters from vehicles, like license plates. -X isn't much of a stumbling block because every speed limit sign includes the word maximum and therefore an X.

I agree. When we played it when I was a kid, it could be anywhere in the word. "Q" in "liquor". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.155.74.157 (talk) 18:00, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Alphabet Game

[edit]

It not really explained in car game what the alphabet game is, except it is mentioned and directs here and back again.

When I think of the Alphabet Game that I have played while on long trips is trying to pick out successive letters of the alphabet on road signs and license plates.

Or a kind of memory game where you list some topic, such as animals or fruit and keep adding then them to the chain until you mess up, ape bear cat dog elephant, or Apple, berry, cherry, date, eggplant, fig, and so on.

Although it is unclear why this should redirect to car game, or be considered only in the context of car games, so maybe this page should be made into an article of its own.

I have marked it as having possibilities and being printworthy.

Possibly typing tutor and singing alphabet songs might be considered alphabet games, under certain circumstances. Mechachleopteryx (talk) 03:40, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
