Origin and Meaning of Title
[edit]Possible definition of Amarantine: Unfading. The Amaranth, in myth, is an unfading flower, so the adjectival form of Amaranth would be Amarantine. This is similar to Admant (diamond) and Adamantine (having a diamond-like luster or hardness). --Meyerjs 16:17, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- Interesting. That would mean that the title is actually a simple misspelling of amaranthine. --DavidGC 11:59, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Second Paragraph
[edit]Is the second paragraph referring to the album rather then the song and as such should it be removed? John AMD (talk) 20:33, 28 October 2010 (UTC)
