BATFE lawsuit
[edit]The section on the BATFE lawsuit probably belongs in a different article -- it's about high power rocketry, not motor classes. I plan to move it once I find a place it fits better. Evand (talk) 17:39, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
The section is also not correct. The BATF started regulating rocket motors before September 11, 2001, and the lawsuit was filed before that date. Also, even though there are no government permits necessary to purchase rocket motors, in some areas of the US a person must be certified by a national organization such as NAR or Tripoli in order to purchase and use some rocket motors. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.226.32.16 (talk) 20:17, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
