Paired?

[edit]

It is often paired with English Journey (1934).

What does this mean? Actually sold in a 2-volume set, one fiction and one non-fiction? It sounds unlikely. Also the statement (from the lede) is not represented in the article. Valetude (talk) 18:25, 17 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Struggling also. No corresponding claim at English Journey. Same publisher and year, of course, so would have made sense from a publishing point of view. But still "often paired", after 84 years? Seems unlikely. Regardless of the actual meaning, if it's not included in main body and not even sourced, I think it should go. Martinevans123 (talk) 18:39, 17 April 2018 (UTC) p.s. might makes sense in the world of online book ordering e.g. Amazon or Goodreads, but that's hardly notable or interesting.[reply]
I know it's nit-picking, but the two books were actually published four years apart, and the author wrote at least two other major novels in the 30's on a theme of Depression England. Valetude (talk) 22:41, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Removed the statement. Valetude (talk) 09:44, 30 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
