Remove Pe̍h-ōe-jī!

[edit]

Pe̍h-ōe-jī is a transcription for Southern Min. Anthoni Salim's father is from Fuqing, where Eastern Min is spoken. The two varieties are so far apart they are not mutually intelligible. It's appalling to see that anyone from Fujian province is claimed by Southern Min zealots and associated with Pe̍h-ōe-jī spellings. --2001:9E8:A423:C800:51A1:63E2:DD34:9067 (talk) 03:03, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
