Possible copyright violation? The Articles of Faith section is taken - verbatim - from http://apatheticagnostic.com/ourchurch/faith.html. Can anyone verify? I'm not well-enough experienced with Wikipedia/copyright to investigate/tag myself...

I don't think so. It just states 'what we/they believe' descriptively without comment. I can't see the Roman Catholic Church claiming copyright over the Apostles Creed, or Islam over the Shahada. More to the point: Although I am a member of the UCTAA, I do feel that the article risks being an 'advert' for the church at the expense of discussing apathetic agnosticism as a belief. There must be many people who have arrived independently at this viewpoint without ever having heard of either the church or its founder. Perhaps somebody could expand the article to discuss apathetic agnosticism in general, and maybe reduce mention of the UCTAA (and any other organisations that may subscribe to similar beliefs) to references. As the UCTAA is not in the business of forcing its beliefs down anybody's throats, maybe it could become a separate sub-article which you can choose to either read or not. 160.84.253.241 09:12, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps this could be split into two articles: one solely about what apathetic agnosticism is, and another about the UCTAA.Clpo13 20:02, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup

[edit]

I had to slap on the big fat cleanup banner because the article needs a table of contents, etc. Flintwill

Restart

[edit]

Nearly verbatim, but they are too apthetic to care one way or the other, it would violate their creed. But I do have a request in just in case.Drlizardo0 12:10, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

redirect

[edit]

why does apathetic agnosticism redirect to apatheism? it's different -76.27.231.192 (talk) 14:31, 14 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It was AFD'd in March, resulting in the redirect. Tag added at top. -- Quiddity (talk) 20:12, 14 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
