Something seems wrong with those dates...

Development took 8 years to a prototype? That seems odd. So does the fact that development started before the project it was intended to power. Anyone have better dates? I find this difficult to believe. Maury Markowitz (talk) 00:17, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
