Bob Hayes inconsistency[edit]

Hey, I've noticed here it says Bob Hayes ran a 8.60s anchor leg, the fastest of all time. It has 2 decimal points, which suggest FAT timing. But in the article on 4x100m relays in general, it says Usain Bolt's 8.65 is the fastest, with Bob Hayes getting a 8.7 hand time, and goes on to suggest it was closer to 8.9. So the page here asserts that Bob Hayes ran 8.60, the 4x100m page says that he had a hand timed 8.7, which was probably closer to 8.9. So what's with the inconsistency here?
