Article quality[edit]

The article is absolutely absurd. The Banque de France has been a major player in the world economy for over 200 years and it is treated with contempt or incompetence. This is the worst Wikipedia entry I have ever seen.

"Protestant" has been replaced with "Jewish" by vandals.[edit]

In the "History" section of the article, the word "Protestant" has been replaced with "Jewish" by vandals. It still says "Jewish" as of July 14, 2014. Until recently it said "Protestant". Reference 1, which is the source for this section, says "Protestant" on page 515. To say "Jewish" is absurd historically, for the late 18-th century French banking. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 00:25, 15 July 2014 (UTC)

Hmm. Seem's like this article is sub-par in general, but I might as well ask why it says it's founded in 1796 but then says 1800 in another place?-- (talk) 05:01, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
