I don't think the AI battalions listed for the 4th AD are correct. The 9th, 50th, and 53rd were organic to the division, but I can't find any evidence that the 9th or 40th were attached during this campaign. Kriegaffe 15:46, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

502nd SS Heavy tank battalion

[edit]

The article includes the 502nd SS Heavy tank battalion as a subordinate to the II SS Panzer corps while in fact it was'nt , after the retreat from the Normandy which cause the loss of all Tiger I tanks , the battalion started to receive Tiger II tanks but Dec. 27th ( 11 days ) after the battle started the battalion had only 6 tanks delivered but even those were transfered to the 503rd SS heavy tank battalion , and even on Feb. 14th the battalion had 31 tanks and later deployed to the eastern front. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.8.246.12 (talk) 11:11, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reformat

I think what I've done here increases readability. Also, I moved the Germans up front since they had the initiative, and added some photos. Hungrydog55 (talk) 18:23, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
