Improper delete

An editor has (yet again) improperly deleted cited material reflecting that this team is banned from competing. No proper reason was given. And he apparently failed as well to even read the citation.

I'm not looking to block the editor, if he can address his improper editing. But it is disruptive. I urge him to self-revert. If he does not, perhaps we should bring this to the admin page, for input from admins. This behavior is not appropriate at wp.
