First off, I'm not sure "Berber world" is a generally accepted scholarly term in English. Even more importantly, this article is completely lacking in sources that would back up some of the huge claims it makes, particularly this one:

"Unlike in some other cultures, the Berber identity is not based on race or language. It is defined by two elements: belonging to the Berber land, and being part of the Berber history.

This makes everyone who lives in the Berber World a Berber, even if he or she does not speak Berber or is form a different race or religion."

So everybody who lives in Algeria, Morocco, Libya etc. etc. is a Berber? Somehow I don't think so. And Berber identity has nothing to do with language? That's a new one to me. --Folantin (talk) 18:00, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
