Origins of Methodist Episcopacy[edit]

I moved a sentence from a previous section titled "annual conference" which was misplaced. I reinserted the sentiment in the list of "notable" bishops, which leads me to ask what makes one notable? Certainly some listed are notable, others are not. Any suggestions on who should be removed?

Also, the list really doesn't belong here either. --Revmqo (talk) 02:54, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Resident Bishop (former page name)[edit]

I changed the page name and subtitle to "Bishop" vice the previous "Resident Bishop." RB is misleading, since resident is clearly used as a modifying term in the UM Book of Discipline to describe the office of Bishop. The term resident bishop limits the role of bishop to their role in their respective annual conference. UM Bishops have roles larger than their own annual conference.--Revmqo (talk) 02:56, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
