Tony Martin and Mick Molloy Go to Court

[edit]

I heard on a recent "Get This" podcast (they mentioned that it was out of The Age paper) that Mick Molloy and Tony Martin will be going to court over the extra's "Boytown Confidential" not being supplyed on the DVD. I am 90% sure that is what it is about as Tony mentioned that he was advised by his lawyers not to say much. But he ended up going a little into it as long as he did not say anything he "Thinks" its about and stays to the facts. --MattyC3350 00:30, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Boytownsoundtrack01.jpg

[edit]

Image:Boytownsoundtrack01.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

BOYTOWN!!!

[edit]

Should this article exist? I think this is a joke article. I live in North West Mayo and I never heard of Boytown. Anyway, the article does not make sense. If, as this article contends, that this place is close to Sligo Airport, then how can it be in North West Mayo? If it was, then it could not possibly be close to Sligo Airport because that would be almost two hours driving away - and no, that's not by donkey and cart!! - i.e. Sligo Airport is some 150 kms over poor roads from the north west coast of Mayo. As for the "proof" of its existence using a Google map - anybody can flag anything - I have done it myself - its not difficult and it certainly doesn't make it "real". It's just a nonsense. I think this article should be removed from the places it has got itself into. Somebody is having a laugh and nobody is quite sure if they should remove this or not. Is this is some sort of spoof about Boyzone from Sligo or something? I really think this is a joke and should be removed because it is of no use to anybody. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Comhar (talkcontribs) 08:45, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
